Road 9's Customer Call Center is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
to provide your customers with the best possible support:
- Unlike cable companies or telephone companies, Road 9 is able to monitor
every component on our fiber networks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and to
quickly identify and proactively resolve any issues or problems on our networks.
Consequently, customers receive more reliable service and most likely do not
have to wait at home for a service technician just to identify a problem.
- We offer a "1 Touch" single point of contact for any account issues. That
means that a problem or account issue will be solved by a single CSR. This way,
none of your customers will waste time explaining the same story to a different
representative each time. A single representative will see that the customer's
needs are met from beginning to end.
- All inbound calls, which include order placement and statusing, trouble
calls (problems or user questions), billing inquiries and dispute resolution,
are handled through our Customer Call Center. Our staff will be ready 24x7 for
any questions, comments, or problems that may arise.
