Don Rankin: Chairman of the Board and Major Investor
Currently a Principle with Aquila, a private investment vehicle investing in start-up companies. Formerly founder of telecommunications service provider Beechwood Data Systems, which sold to Cap Gemini for $200 million in 1999. Prior to founding Beachwood, was a consultant in the New York area, particularly to Bell Labs, concentrating primarily on solutions in the telecommunications industry.

Jim King: President, CEO, Director and Major Investor
Strong track record of forming companies and business units providing technical services and systems integration to the communications industry. Formerly Executive Vice President for Business Development of telecommunications service provider Beechwood Data Systems, Vice President of DoD and DoE systems integration contractor Titan Corporation, and Director and Vice President of BDM International Corporation, also a DoD and DoE systems integration contractor.

Scott Chandler: Director
Over 20 years of senior and executive level management experience in the telecom industry. Currently Senior Vice President Global Business Development for Franklin Court Partners. Previously Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at broadband services provider Rhythms NetConnections, CEO of cable TV industry pioneer and leading broadband telecommunications equipment supplier C-COR.net, and an executive at US West.

Gerard J. Canavan: Chief Marketing Officer
Gerry brings over 25 years of experience in Telecom, Information Technologies, and value added services, with a particular emphasis on the market introduction of advanced services based on leading edge technologies. He has held a number of executive level positions spanning both large and small start-ups companies. Some of his past positions have included, VP advanced services development - Sprint, VP international operations and customer support – IBM Global Network and Senior VP Marketing & Business Development Globalstar.

Shannon Hogan: Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer
Over 25 years of management, development, customer support and project management experience in the telecommunication and international communication industries. Formerly Chief Operating Officer for telecommunications industry decision-making software firm PeakEffects, Inc., Development Vice President for communication solutions provider Avaya, and Director de Technique for a French development organization owned by AT&T - Lucent Technologies.

Charles Frans: Chief Technology Officer
Over 25 years experience in technology and telecommunications industry and expertise in network management and back office systems implementation and integration. Former VP of Operations for MetStream Communications, a telecommunications company providing converged services to planned real estate communities.

David Hashman: Chief Engineer
Has more than 25 years of telecommunications, systems, and management experience with Fortune 500 U S WEST, AT&T, and entrepreneurial organizations. His high-tech engineering background includes fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments, long-haul optical mesh transport services, and enterprise-level local, metropolitan, and wide-area networks. His formal education includes a Masters degree in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University.
